Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

  • Speak to clients over the phone and help them with investing
  • Understand their investment habits. Explain WealthBaskets & its benefits
  • Follow-up in-case user commits to invest and hasn’t
  • Collect feedback from users to better understand why they have remained uninvested thus far
  • Active coordination with marketing and customer success team to improve the quality of inbound leads and sharing other relevant information
  • Maintain database of users contacted and converted

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of equity markets and mutual fund products
  • Should be comfortable working with CRM
  • Ability to learn & become an expert in WealthBaskets
  • Fluent in English & Hindi is a must. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • Previous experience at a brokerage, MF distributor, or PMS will be a strong plus Have a strong eye for research and the ability to scout for new prospects
  • MBA/M.com/ BBA/ BBM Freshers are also welcome to apply
